The sales experience was good from beginning to end. Damien was very helpful with pricing and getting the appointment set for the same day. Israel gave me a lift to and from store. Much appreciated.

I've been a regular customer through the years and one of the main reasons is the store manager Israel. My recent visit to get new tires priced and install was a very pleasant experience. A young counter employee Damien was very professional and helped out on the pricing. Communication via email and phone calls was helpful as well. I highly recommend this Firestone Complete Auto Care store.

I love taking my vehicle here for anything that I need like tires, balancing, rotation, alignment and anything that has to do with the check engine light on, these guys really know what there doing and the prices are great for what you have to pay. They just replaced my axle differential lock actuator on my 2023 GMC and the price for working on it was a great price because I know if I would've taken it somewhere else I probably would've been paying a huge chunk of chains.Ryan and Israel treat you just as if you were part of there family and all of the other guys that work at this Firestone, keep you the hard work guys you guys are my vehicle angles.

This mechanic was out for a few days, during which Firestone saw no need in informing me or updating my estimated time frame. I asked that my car be returned and that no new parts would be installed due to their poor service up to that point. The manager got upset agruing that my car took X amount of hours and work, that most people accept when things dont go the way they were told, and had very little care about my own experience based on the time frame they had given me. When I had retrieved my vehicle it had horrible idle and could not shift into higher gear, which was not an issue prior. When I took it to another mechanic, they had found that Firestone had not replaced certain gaskets and had broken a few housing components, including a oi

Took my Acura into the Firestone off Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo. Everyone did a fantastic job. They were Able to diagnose the issue and take care of it very quickly. The bill was much less than expected. Everybody was very nice and knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date. Highly recommend this location.
